Generation content stays private
Ordinary speech generation is private from request to response. TeenageWorks processes the text, voice description, inline reference recording, reference transcription, and other generation settings needed to return the audio. We do not keep that content in a generation log or provide a generation-history product.
Generated audio is returned to you and is not retained by TeenageWorks as generation history. Short-lived runtime memory may hold request content only while the service prepares and delivers the response.
Operational data is separate from content
We retain limited operational records needed to authenticate accounts, meter usage, apply credits, bill paid activity, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. These records can include account and project identifiers, request identifiers, model, input character count, generated-audio duration, processing time, status, and cost.
Operational metering does not store the text you submitted, the reference content used inside an ordinary request, or the generated audio itself.
Information you choose to save
Some features are designed to persist information. If you create a saved voice, we store the reference recording, transcription or description, settings, and identifiers required to make that voice available on later requests. Saved voices remain separate from ordinary generation history and can be removed through the available account controls.
We also store information you deliberately provide for your account or organization, including contact details, project settings, API-key records, support messages, and information connected to purchases or billing. Payment providers may process payment details on our behalf.
How we use information
We use account, saved-feature, and operational information to provide the services, authenticate access, deliver requested features, measure usage, bill paid activity, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain security, and communicate important service updates.
We do not turn ordinary private generation content into a browsable account history.
Service providers and legal requests
We may use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage of information you intentionally save, communications, payments, security, and other operations. They may process information only to perform services for us and under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the services, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when you direct or consent to the disclosure. Because ordinary generation content is not retained as history, it is not available for later retrieval from a generation log.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary generation content is not retained as generation history. Account, billing, usage, security, support, and saved-voice records are kept only for as long as needed to provide the relevant feature, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce agreements.
We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer needed where reasonably possible. Some billing, fraud-prevention, and legal records may need to remain after an account is closed.
Minors and age requirements
TeenageWorks is not directed to children under 13. A person under 13 may not create an account or use the services. If we learn that we received personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
People aged 13 through 17 may use TeenageWorks only with the consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must review these terms and this policy, authorize the account, and remain responsible for the minor's use.
People aged 18 or older may use their own account and make their own privacy choices. If the law where you live sets a higher age for independent consent, the higher age applies and parent or guardian authorization is required until then.
A parent or guardian who believes a minor used TeenageWorks without the required authorization can contact us to request review and deletion of the relevant account information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
We may need to verify your identity or authority as a parent or guardian before completing a request. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires it.
Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account, devices, integration environment, and API keys.
TeenageWorks and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and provide additional notice when required.
